Senior Procurement Analyst

Partner with executive leadership of this dynamic high profile company while leading the initiative to improve overall performance by partnering with new suppliers & vendors or re-negotiating current supplier agreements companywide while achieving the following goals:

• Improve financial results while cutting costs and improving economic outcomes of each supplier agreement.
• Complete extensive industry research, benchmarking, and analysis to identify the best vendors & suppliers and understand optimal pricing and overall economic outcomes possible.
• Work collaboratively with suppliers to identify innovative and best in class performance outcomes possible.
• Identify optimal performance outcomes (quality, reliability, service standards, customer service) then structure operating agreements and new contracts with incentives (financial, recognition, etc.) for the supplier and their employees when performance outcomes are achieved plus accelerators when targets are achieved. Structure all incentives so we have alignment between our goals and the goals of our supplier / vendor.
• Negotiate financial consequences when outcomes fall short and liquidated damage and termination clauses when necessary.  

This position will include extensive research, planning, strategy and analysis to identify optimal structure of each agreement prior to distributing RFP to target suppliers. Negotiate terms then partner with outside legal on details until the new contract is signed. Develop partnerships with suppliers and vendors while reviewing performance outcomes and continuing to innovate and improve efficiencies and mutually-beneficial outcomes.
