Senior Accountant Consultant

They are needing a strong accounting background with big company exposure, and will pay a premium for someone with Big 4 accounting firm experience. This project will be full time with flexibility and could last up to two years!

• Partner with accounting leaders on strategic initiatives. This department is in very good shape and this role will focus on process improvement and ways to take it to the next level.
• Take ownership for financial accounting activities for multiple business units, you will own the integrity of the accounting for these subsidiary companies
• Analyze the impact of accounting standard changes and updates and help interpret and implement new standards
• Play an important role in merger and acquisition due diligence, as well as ad hoc projects related to this activity
