Payroll Administrator
Legacy Omaha company needs a Payroll Administrator to fill in for a maternity leave. This company has been in business for over 100 years and has a long history of excellence. One of the key members of their accounting/finance team is excited to train you for almost three months before handing over the reins while she focuses on her family. Culture is huge with this team and company, and everyone is willing to pitch in to ensure it’s a smooth transition.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for approximately 60 employees
- Assist the CFO with preparing Payroll Tax Deposits and Filings
- Help other accounting team members in accounts payable and credit card posting entries
- Post weekly labor reports to managers for review
Qualifications:
- Strong full cycle payroll experience and confidentiality
- Team attitude and willingness to be adaptable in the role
- Proficient in Excel and high attention to detail
