Financial Analyst – Exciting Career Opportunity with Growth at a Fortune 500 Company – Up to $70k – HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE!
One of Omaha’s “Best Places to Work” with a contagious / positive energy is searching for a coachable accounting OR finance individual to join their team in what will be a rewarding position. This is an excellent role for an ambitious individual who is looking for something “different”. This role is an excellent entry point into the company, an opportunity to build your network amongst this company’s financial leadership team, and make a name for yourself as you work directly with company leaders. This company’s intent is to hire an early-in-their-career individual who desires growth, mentorship, and measurable impact.
You’ll report directly to a naturally competitive and positive manager who actually began their career in a similar role - so you will enjoy guidance from a “been there” leader who wants to see you succeed.
Whether you have a background in public or corporate accounting, or come from a finance-focused path, this role offers the chance to:
- Collaborate with company leaders: Take on forecasting, budgeting, and analysis projects that enable leaders to understand past performance, predict future trends, and manage their divisions effectively.
- Engage in impactful project work: Partner with department leaders to analyze goals, evaluate spend, break down budget vs. actuals, and present insights that make a difference.
- Be a valued partner: Build strong relationships with executives, opening their eyes to what’s happening in their businesses and industries while also gaining insights into future strategy.
- Learn and grow: Work with an exceptional leadership team that blends strong accounting backgrounds with engaging personalities, a great sense of humor, and natural leadership skills.
Instead of searching for “x” years of experience, this company is strategically searching for a naturally positive team-player who is coachable and wants to make a meaningful impact. If you are motivated by excellent mentorship, accountability, and impactful work, we want to hear from you!
