Director of First Impressions

Growing West Omaha Company is seeking a full time Director of First Impressions. In this role you will be the first impression to our clients and customers both in person and on the phone. Great role for someone who loves working with a fun, goal oriented team. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Must have excellent customer service skills and enjoy greeting people
  • Answer multi line phone system, assist the customers or transfer to appropriate extension
  • Front desk receptionist role with additional administrative responsibilities
  • Proficient in Typing, Data Entry, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast pace environment
  • Monday - Friday daytime hours
  • Initiative to take on task during down time
  • Must be able to answer the phone with a “Smile”
