CFO Consultant - Roll up your sleeves and help this midsized company realize their potential

Hemphill is excited to partner with a great ownership team as they take their business to the next level. Our client is poised to double in size over the next 2-3 years, and they want a hands on / strategic leader to help maximize their growth. Ownership is well connected in Omaha and this could be the first of many similar projects for the right CFO.

• Provide a needs assessment including an overview of financial management, risk, budget analysis and profitability metrics
• Mentor and train a very high performing Controller to eventually step into a Finance leadership position within the company
• Provide strategic insights to the ownership group on any mergers and acquisition activity
• Collaborate with a small executive team as you play an integral part in elevating the Finance function within the company

This is a quality leadership company looking for another strategic person to have a seat at the table for important decisions. This role will be primarily part-time and the hours will fluctuate based on needs. Likely more time on the front end to provide the assessment then gradually taper as processes are put in place.
