CFO / Strategic Consultant

Our firm has a growing demand for strategic minded CFOs to partner with business owners and leadership teams to drive success. This is a high impact role and a way to make a difference and see the fruits of the experiences and expertise you bring to the table. This role can be full or part-time on a consulting basis.

• Assist business owners on company strategy, strategic initiatives and goals. Evaluate the overall accounting and finance function of the company and make key recommendations.
• Review the company’s chart of accounts and give best practices for improvement. Analyze the accounting process from the ground up and look for ways to streamline, automate or outsource accounting tasks.
• Give budget process analysis and help set up a formal industry specific budget to monitor income and expenses going forward. Provide merger, acquisition and divestiture guidance to CEO.
