Accounts Receivable Specialist

Great centrally located company has a need for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for a 6 month project. This fun, casual culture company is growing through acquisition, and needs a person who gets excited to “bring in the money”! These are all business to business communication so a customer service and teamwork attitude is key. If you get excited to problem solve and help a company clean up their AR aging report, this could be the perfect fit for you! Some of the main duties include:

• Communicate with Accounts Payable departments to coordinate payment of invoices
• Follow up with sales, warehouse, distribution facilities to problem solve
• High attention to detail and a self-starter
• Be a team player and help on a variety of projects
