Accounts Payable Specialist

Great opportunity to work for one of the best employers in Lincoln. This position has a hybrid schedule working 2-3 days in the office and the rest from home. Our client is implementing a new accounting software and needs extra help in their Accounts Payable department. This company is very stable with a lot of tenure in the department.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Input invoice information into system
  • Research sales and use tax for purchases
  • Help with check runs twice/week
  • Code credit card expense reports

Qualifications:

  • Very detail oriented
  • Previous experience with Accounts Payable a plus
  • Ability to follow procedures and work with a small team

This position is for a 10 month contract, and there is the opportunity for a permanent position within the accounting department if that is beneficial to you.
