Accounting Specialist - Bilingual French - Growing Organization!
Hemphill is partnering with one of Omaha’s leading companies to identify a hard-working and motivated individual for their team! In this role, you'll collaborate closely with new and current vendors, suppliers, and employees to ensure proper setup in the accounting and payroll systems. If you're bilingual in French and eager to learn and grow professionally, this company is a perfect fit for you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with new vendors to ensure payment and reporting details are accurately set up in the system.
- Leverage your attention to detail and precision to reconcile purchase orders and process vendor invoices.
- Provide solutions to vendors and suppliers who have changed their address, bank accounts, or reporting systems.
- Partner with vendors, suppliers and employees who have questions to find the right solutions.
- Work alongside a fun, like-minded team!

Lili earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with emphasis in management, marketing, public relations, and professional selling. During her time at UNL, Lili was on the Dean’s List, and was elected Vice President of Operations for her sorority with more than 150 members, where she enjoyed making a positive impact. Lili was also an active member of Citylight Church in Lincoln where she enjoyed making new friends and leading a small group.
Lili grew up in Yankton, South Dakota in a very active family with seven children. Lili, the only girl, with six high caliber and competitive brothers, learned at an early age to be proactive, take initiative, and work hard for what you believe in and want to achieve. Lili is an active member of her church, and enjoys spending time with family, hiking, boating, cycling, cooking, travel, yoga, playing pickle ball and cheering loudly for the Huskers!
