Responsibilities include:
- Lead the payroll function and field questions from employees and take charge as you solve complex payroll problems
- Process biweekly payroll for approximately 100+ employees
- Complete daily bank reconciliations
- Complete payroll balance sheet reconciliations
- Benefit and 401K Administration

Chad Anderson
Chad has more than 10 years of diverse experience in accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, pricing, logistics, contract negotiations, and marketing. While focused on selection and match analysis, Chad relies upon his diverse industry experience in public accounting and private industry. Chad started his career in banking then gained valuable experience in public accounting. After graduate school, Chad joined Union Pacific Railroad where he progressed into a management position. Chad earned several awards including the Representative of the Quarter Award for his work negotiating contracts, improving yield through efficiencies, reducing cost, taking ownership for improved customer outcomes, process improvement, and overall profit improvement. While working across industries, Chad believes, “The common factor is simple; the most successful companies are made up of talented individuals well positioned for success, working together as a cohesive team while focused on leading the company to its full potential.”

Chad earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Nebraska Omaha. While pursuing his Master’s degree at the University of Nebraska Lincoln, Chad was a member of the University of Nebraska Rodeo Team where he was a bull rider and the team’s Public Relations Officer (yes . . . you read that correctly, Chad rode 2,000 lb. bulls). Chad grew up in Omaha and graduated from Millard South High School where he played lacrosse and basketball and he was active in DECA and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Chad and his wife Tricia have two engaging and loving daughters, Taelyn and Hadlee, and two Texas Heelers, Ace and Aaley. When he is not working or enjoying time with his family, dogs, running marathons, competing in triathlons, golfing, or cheering on the Huskers he is providing support and encouragement as a TeamMates Mentor!
