Recruiter / Trainer / ER Specialist **** HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE ****

Feel good Omaha client has an immediate need for an experienced Recruiter/Trainer/ER Specialist to assist with their corporate growth and build the Wow culture they need.  In this important role you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting. 

  • Develop Talent Acquisition strategy and plans
  • Strategic Recruiting to find top talent
  • Onboarding and compliance
  • Training and mentoring
  • Employee relations
  • Implement and develop performance plans
  • Cultural builder

 

Ideal candidates will have a couple years of Recruiting and Human Resources experience.  Healthcare experience is preferred but not a must. Great cultural builder, positive and team player are a must for this great family friendly firm.  Experience with MS Word, Excel, social media, job boards, applicant tracking systems are required.
